A successful, well-established Building Consultancy are looking for a bright, passionate Senior Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working will be working on a variety of professional services and projects within the commercial, industrial, education, office and retail sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on professional services including but not limited to technical due diligence, contract administration and dilapidations alongside projects ranging from internal refurbishments to multi-million-pound new builds and everything in between.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a growing team, with a focus on supporting the team, improving the business and developing their career.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Previous consultancy experience
• Experience in Contract Admin & Dilapidations
• Able to work successfully within a team
