Senior Building Surveyor

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a fast paced, growing consultancy based in Nottingham.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional services including defect diagnosis, dilapidations, building pathology, specifications, party wall, contract administration, design and feasibility studies.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a varied range of projects, including property refurbishments, conversions, repairs, conservations of historic buildings and maintenance works, from inception to completion.

You will be working with an extensive range of clients throughout the public and private sectors, including residential, education, industrial, office, retail, health and leisure, providing a first-class service.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A confident, ambitious and professional individual
• A Building Surveying Degree
• Experience working within a consultancy
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
