A growing Building Surveying practice based in Liverpool, are looking to add a bright, enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects and professional services within the commercial, domestic, education and utilities sectors.

There's a wide range of Building Surveying services ranging from building pathology, defect diagnosis, design specification, contract administration, party wall, employers agent and feasibility studies.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role, where every day is different and exciting. Teamwork is at the heart of this consultancy with strong emphasis on career progression.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Project delivery experience
• Professional services experience
• Confident within a client facing role
• Able to work successfully within a team
