Senior Building Surveyor

A thriving building consultancy are looking to add an experienced and hardworking Senior Building Surveyor to their growing Edinburgh office.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects including but not limited to; internal and external refurbishments, repairs, redecorations, and extensions within sectors including retail, industrial and education.

The Senior Building Surveyor will also be working on professional services including dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, expert witness services, defect analysis, building pathology and schedule of condition.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a varied role, exposure to a range of projects within different sectors and is looking to take on more responsibilities and develop their career within a supportive consultancy.
