Senior Building Surveyor

A UK leading Building Consultancy, based in the heart of Manchester, are looking for two professional and dedicated Senior Building Surveyors to join their growing team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

This role entails a mix of professional services and project work predominantly within the private sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, and office.

Professional services include technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedule of condition, defect diagnosis, report writing, project management, party wall, and expert witness.

You will be working on a range of exciting million-pound projects including but not limited to; refurbishments, maintenance work, and new builds.

There is opportunity to focus / specialise in either the professional services or the project side of Building Surveying so whether you prefer one or the other, there is a space for you at this fantastic consultancy.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Experience working within the private sectors
• Experience in either professional services or project delivery
• Confident working within a client facing role
