Senior Building Surveyor

A collective and successful Building Surveying Consultancy are looking for a professional and driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their Cardiff team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working predominantly within the commercial sector on contract administration, surveys, acquisitions, dilapidations, employers agent, party wall, and feasibility studies.

Other sectors you will work within include; education, industrial & logistics, leisure, office, residential and retail.

You will be joining a leading commercial property and construction consultancy who support Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Cost Consultants, offering bespoke solutions to your wide client base.

You will be working on an array of diverse and exciting projects ranging from £50,000 to £80m including internal fit-outs, re-developments, conversions, demolitions, new builds and refurbishments.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Relevant project experience
• Professional services experience
• Previous experience within a consultancy
• Confident, ambitious, and hardworking
