Senior Building Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor to join an international, independent real estate consultancy in Birmingham.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

This multi-disciplinary consultancy work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders to help get more out of their real estate.

The main focus within this role is on project management, dilapidations, technical due diligence and develop monitoring within the residential, commercial, logistics and office sectors.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a range of exciting and diverse projects including office fitouts, refurbishments, repairs, and developments of all sizes.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Project delivery experience
• Ideally experience in one or more of the following; dilapidations, PM, TDD or develop monitoring
• A Degree in Building Surveying
