A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established Building Surveying Consultancy, based in Liverpool.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of project and professional work predominantly within the commercial sector focusing on dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence, contract administration, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Experience within a client facing role
• Able to oversee other members of staff
