Senior Building Surveyor

I'm now supporting a innovative and forward-thinking Chartered Building Surveying and Specialist Property Consultancy, who are now seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to help head up their team in Birmingham.

This company have particular expertise and knowledge of the education sector, proactivily supporting the needs of their clients through a broad range of consultancy services inlcuding planning & design and project delivery.

This will suit a Senior Building Surveyor, experienced in providing pre-acquisition surveys, measured surveys, condition surveys and schedule of condition.

The Senior Building Surveyor?

• MRICS with consultancy experience and preferably experience in a similar role
• Education sector experience would be beneficial
• Pre aquisition, schedule of coniditon and other general survey experience
• Strong communication and numerical skills and be comfortable writing reports
• Excellent diary and time management
• Ability to remain enthusiastic and lead by example
• Clean UK driving license
