Senior Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join an esteemed interdisciplinary consultancy based in their Southwest London office.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work on schemes across various sectors, including education (schools and universities), healthcare, public sector, and residential projects in London and Surrey.

The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a team of 16, contributing to a variety of schemes with a focus on contract administration, project management, design, and specification.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation ideally, not essential.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in contract administration and project services.
• Ideally education or public sector experience, would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently interacting with clients and leading project teams.
