Senior Building Surveyor

A Senior Building Surveyor is required for a multi-disciplinary consultancy located near Liverpool Street Station.

The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As the successful Building Surveyor you will be joining a team of 12 professionals with ambitious growth plans for the coming years. In this role, you will be involved in a diverse array of projects catering to public, residential, and commercial clients.

The chosen Building Surveyor will be involved heavily in retrofit projects for clients particularly within the public sector, supporting to reduce their carbon footprints. You will be supported in progressing further qualifications such as PASS2035.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation.
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS accredited degree.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Retrofit Coordinator certification (Pass2035) would be beneficial but not essential.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in contract administration and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently interacting with clients and leading project teams.
