Senior Building Surveyor

A newly established, boutique building surveying practice is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a company that caters to a diverse client base, including property managers with residential portfolios, private residential clients, large estates, and private commercial owners.

This Chartered Building Surveying role offers a variety of professional and project-based services, ensuring a rich and diverse workload that includes contract administration, project management from inception to completion, professional dilapidations, licences to alterations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM's), technical due diligence (TDD), and party wall matters.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation with a consultancy background.
• A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstratable business development ability and good client relationship management.
• Experience with various contact types including JCT.
• Able to work well autonomously as well as part of a team.
