Senior Building Surveyor

An innovative construction consultancy, on the cusp of relocating to a state-of-the-art office in the bustling heart of London, is actively looking for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

In position of Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take charge of projects from their very inception all the way through to their completion, covering all aspects from writing specifications and contract administration.

You will manage projects that vary in value from £50k to £750k, encompassing a wide array of sectors including local authority, education, and commercial. Your expertise will be crucial in handling section 20 and external decoration schemes.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation is beneficial but not essential.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong contract administration, project delivery experience.
• Experience with section 20 works would be advantageous.
• Ability to carry out day-to-day support duties for Graduate Building Surveyors.
• Key communication skills, both written and verbal.
