My client are a design-led, professional firm, now looking to on board a new Senior Building Surveyor into their modern offices, right in the heart of London, close to Holborn tube station.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with excellent attention to detail, who is looking to take the next step in their professional progression.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a dynamic team of 15, working on an array of professional and project driven instructions for a predominantly commercial and office bias portfolio of clients across central London.

At Senior Building Surveyor level, you'll be client facing, servicing and maintaining existing relationships, as well identifying and creating new ones.

Person specification

• MRICS qualified
• RICS accredited degree
• An architectural or design focused background would be beneficial
• Strong business development ability
• Attention to detail and takes pride in your work
