This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive turnkey solutions for both commercial and residential developments across Suffolk.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

The company is deeply invested in green building initiatives, notably working on one of the UK's first Carbon-Neutral logistics parks, underscoring their commitment to promoting a sustainable future.

The Senior Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in the pre-development phase of various construction projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed surveys and evaluations of existing buildings.
  • Assessing construction plans to ensure they meet the desired standards and objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with the development team to oversee the project lifecycle from inception to the commencement of construction.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

  • Ideally MRICS accreditation (not necessary)
  • Proven expertise as an In-House Building Surveyor, particularly in overseeing pre-development phases of construction projects.
  • Strong background in conducting surveys, evaluating buildings, and assessing construction plans.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory standards and a commitment to green building practices.
