The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, with a particular emphasis on professional services such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.

This role demands a high level of precision and expertise, especially in conducting building surveys for both commercial and residential clients.

A key aspect of the Senior Building Surveyor's responsibilities will be the project management and contract administration duties associated with new build projects. These projects span across various sectors including rural, residential, and commercial buildings, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• Ideally RICS accreditation or equivalent years' experience.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in professional services.
• Ideally have mixed sector experience, or commericial at the least.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently interacting with clients and leading project teams.
