Senior Building Surveyor

A renowned multidisciplinary design and surveying consultancy based in London is on the search for an experienced and dynamic Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As the chosen Senior Building Surveyor, you will take the lead on contract administration projects, with values reaching up to £1.5 million, as well as handling both landlord and tenant dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance and pre-acquisition surveys.

This role is for a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor, with a vast knowledge of building surveying services, who will join one of three building surveying teams across the business focusing on separate sectors including the housing, education and retrofit.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a building surveying role, within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in contract administration, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition works.
• Proven capability in business development and client management.
• Works well within a team setting but confident to lead on schemes and working autonomously.
