Senior Building Surveyor

A prominent, worldwide Building Surveying consultancy is on the search for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to enrich a multi-disciplinary team stationed in Milton Keynes.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will embrace a diverse role that spans project managing refurbishment projects ranging from £50K to £2m, supporting the management of a significant property company portfolio, and ensuring consistent, daily communication with the client.

Additionally, the role involves aiding in the growth and development of graduates/apprentices and delivering exemplary client service.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualification
• Experience in handling design/contract administration of insurance claims / large losses
• 3+ years PQE
• Experience in negotiation, supervisory and leadership roles
• Experience in working on large scale projects
• Experience in industrial sector
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
