A globally renowned Building Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office, enhancing their prestigious team.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The new Senior Building Surveyor will be an integral part of a team that delivers a full spectrum of commercial consultancy services to a varied clientele, predominantly within the private sector investor realm.

This Senior Building Surveying role entails full involvement in all facets of Building Surveying, starting from the initial engagement and negotiation of service scopes with clients, through to the execution of required professional services and project delivery.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accredited with a degree in Building Surveying or (RICS) degree.
• 3+ years' of consultancy experience.
• All round Building Surveying service experience; both professional and project.
• Commerical client experience is desireable.
• Clean UK driving licence.
