Senior Building Surveyor

A dynamic consultancy firm situated in Kent is currently on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to bolster their Building Surveying team.

The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor

The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will assume a diverse range of clients and instructions, including contract management, addressing dilapidations, managing party wall issues, and conducting acquisition surveys.

Property types include:

Commercial - New build, fit outs, mixed use

Education, Healthcare, Heritage, leisure and hotels

A fundamental aspect of the Senior Building Surveying role involves guiding and nurturing the development of junior colleagues within the Building Surveying field.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified ideally.
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
• Client focused and commericially minded.
• Collaborative approach and good teamwork.
• Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
