Senior Building Surveyor

A progressive Oxfordshire practice is on the search for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to enrich their Building Surveying team.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

Key responsibilities for the successful Senior Building Surveyor include managing contract administration duties, handling dilapidations, overseeing party wall matters, and conducting acquisition surveys.

Moreover, a significant part of the role involves contributing to the professional development of junior team members within the Building Surveying team, guiding them through their training and career progression.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accredited with a degree in Building Surveying or (RICS) degree.
• 3+ years' of consultancy or private practice experience.
• Similar sector experience would be beneficial.
• Client facing and commericially minded.
• Excellent working knowledge of CDM regulations.
