Senior Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Building Surveying firm is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to become a key member of their established team in Reading.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing clients and overseeing contract administration and practice duties, ensuring that all projects comply with current building regulations and technical standards.

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to effectively manage individual team members, organizing and overseeing their project workload. You will also provide necessary support on projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified
• Relevant degree qualified (RICS approved)
• Experience in dilapidations
• Extensive survey experience would be an advantage
• Leadership skills
• Experience in working on large scale projects
• Commercial mind
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
