Senior Building Surveyor

A Kent based consultancy are seeking an Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team, covering clients across the commercial, industrial, and residential property markets.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The Senior Building Surveyor will cover the full range of building surveying duties including dilapidations, party wall, project management and major works programs. You'll be working on various schemes across London and south-east, having close client relations throughout each one.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to contribute to the business, both in responsibility and new business opportunities etc. At some point in the future the owner will be looking for this individual to take part ownership and then eventually full ownership of the business in years to come.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Chartered RICS status
• RICS accredited degree preferably Building Surveying
• A full understanding of commercial buildings
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to learning
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrate ability to lead client pitches and presentations
• Previous experience within a similar role/consultancy
• Ambition to run the company

In return?

• £55,000 - £65,000
