The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The Senior Building Surveyor will find themselves at the heart of a diverse range of activities, shaping the landscape of both private and public sector projects. The role is a unique blend of responsibilities, including:

• Expertly conducting planned preventative maintenance and condition surveys.
• Skilfully managing dilapidations, ensuring compliance and maximising value.
• Demonstrating proficiency in contract administration, seamlessly guiding projects from conception to completion.
• Excelling in project management duties, delivering results that align with client expectations and project objectives.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability.
• Proven capability in managing projects and client facing.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently interacting with clients and leading project teams.

In return?

• £55,000 - £65,000
• 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 through legnth of service
