A diverse and attractive Cost Consultancy practice in London are seeking a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a leading role in helping the practice continue its impressive growth.

The Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor will carry out a varied role which will still include delivering projects across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

Alongside project delivery, the new Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor will help manage the office and shall be responsible for supporting the more junior teams members with their day to day work, and their APC diaries.

You will also be expected to get involved in business development - attending construction related events, maintaining and extending current client relationships, and looking for new business ventures.

The Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or FRICS
• UK cost consultancy / cost management experience
• Technically strong - pre and post contract
• Comfortable managing other quantity surveyors
• A track record of being involved in business development
• Built environment, project background
