The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The selected Senior Quantity Surveyor will integrate into a prestigious development company, renowned for its commitment to excellence in residential projects across the home counties. Directly reporting to both the Commercial Director and the Head of Commercial, the role involves significant collaboration on dynamic schemes within the Guildford vicinity, all conveniently located within an hour's commute from Beaconsfield.

This position demands a willingness from the Senior Quantity Surveyor to travel to Beaconsfield and project sites several times a week, offering a blend of office and fieldwork. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, including:

• Proven track record in residential new build projects.
• Estimation skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Previous roles within development or main contractor settings.
• Expertise in managing Groundworks packages is highly desirable.
