The Role:

The successful High-End Residential and Commercial Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our diverse portfolio, which includes both residential and commercial high-end projects. You will work closely with esteemed clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring all projects are delivered to our unparalleled standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed cost management from inception to completion, ensuring maximum profitability and exceptional quality.
• Preparation, negotiation, and analysis of contracts and financial reports.
• Effective stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Regular site visits across Central London and Surrey to monitor progress and enforce cost control measures.
• Contribution to the strategic planning and forecasting of project finances.

The High-End Residential and Commercial Quantity Surveyor:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying within the high-end residential and commercial sector.
• A strong academic background in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Exceptional negotiation and financial management skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A full UK driving license, as travel across Central London and Surrey is required.
