Position Details:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and contractual aspects of a diverse range of high-end projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the high-end sector.
• Strong financial management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Kent and occasionally to London for project management.
