Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the financial success of our projects. You will be tasked with managing costs from initial calculations to the final figures, in projects that redefine luxury living in London's most desirable postcodes.

Responsibilities:

• Cost management and budget forecasting for high-end residential projects.
• Contract administration, ensuring all financial aspects of the projects are clearly documented and managed.
• Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Conducting risk, value management, and cost control exercises.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the high-end residential sector.
• A solid track record of working on complex residential projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is preferred.
• Membership of RICS or working towards MRICS is an advantage.
