The Quantity Surveyor Role

This position offers the successful Quantity Surveyor the chance to join a well-established, multidisciplinary practice. The role involves contributing to a broad range of projects across various sectors including Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotel, Leisure, Retail, and Restoration.

The dynamic team environment will enable the new Quantity Surveyor to diversify their skills, extending beyond traditional Quantity Surveying into areas such as Employer's Agent, Project Management, Procurement, and Dispute Resolution. The Quantity Surveyor

You will also have:

• RICS Accredited degree
• The drive to achieve MRICS - with the support of senior management and internal APC programme
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
