A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client facing, enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, energetic and fast growing Construction Consultancy out of their thriving Nottingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Directors and Senior Surveyors, in a hybrid working capacity typically in the office 2-3 days a week.

Working across a broad range of projects across the Residential, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors up to £30m.

A progressive company with a dynamic team of people, the new Quantity Surveyor will have strong opportunity for long term progression & development. Alongside this, you will receive unrivalled support with Chartership via the company's internal APC programme and the current MRICS Senior Surveyors and Directors as mentors.

The Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy/PQS practice
• MRICS or working towards and in need of greater support
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion is ideal
