The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become a key part of a globally respected consultancy that boasts a network of 13 offices across the UK and numerous locations throughout Europe.

Renowned for its significant impact in the property sector, the firm handles both commercial and residential projects.

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a highly esteemed APC programme noted for its impressive first-time pass rate. With comprehensive support including APC supervisors, councillors, regular one-on-one meetings, mock interviews, and more, this role is designed to foster rapid professional growth, potentially leading to a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A strong QS, PM or BS background within UK Consultancies
• Commercial or Residential project experience is ideal
• RICS accredited degree qualification
• A Building Surveying or Project Management background is highly desirable
  • The ability / desire to carry out a varied, dual role
• Eager to complete APC / currently working towards
