Quantity Surveyor

A market leading Development Consultancy renowned for it's enviable working environment & company culture is eagerly seeking a career focused Quantity Surveyor for their Cardiff office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well established team with an exciting portfolio of projects including Healthcare (both public and private), Education (particularly University schemes), Commercial, Regeneration and Leisure schemes typically from £1m - £50m.

The new Quantity surveyor will join a flexible company who put a good work life balance at the top of their priorities, offering flexible working hours with a short day on Friday, as well as hybrid working arrangements.

The senior management team are well versed in supporting people through their APC and are happy to help mentor through the APC. They pride themselves in their dedication and passion for continuous professional development and also have long term progression opportunities to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• PQS experience in a UK Construction Consultancy
• MRICS or working towards
• Good pre and post contract experience
