Quantity Surveyor

A small, close knit and expanding Construction Consultancy is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their Warrington team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well established but family feel team of 6, working out of the office 3x days a week and remotely the remaining 2x days.

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of exciting projects to get involved in as they work with a broad variety of clients across a plethora of sectors. Projects include Commercial, Education, Frameworks, Leisure, Local Authority, Energy, Residential and NHS Healthcare.

Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, you will also have the flexibility (if desired) to branch out into Project Management, Employers Agent and Contract Administration roles. Thereby, offering you fantastic industry exposure and the chance to really expand on your industry expertise.

A Chartered firm with multiple chartered professionals and even a RICS assessor in their ranks, they are the perfect place for close mentorship and support with the APC. Something they have successfully done time & time again.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• QS experience in a UK Consultancy
• Confident and client facing
• Good pre and post contract experience
