A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident, client facing Quantity Surveyor, with Healthcare experience, to join one of the UKs leading Construction Consultancies in Leeds.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading Cost Management team of 15, based out of their Leeds office 2-3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remainder.

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join a Global Consultancy operating across Australia, Asia, Europe, The US, UK and the Middle East with long term opportunities to move abroad.

Working out of their thriving Healthcare team based out of Manchester, the Quantity Surveyor will work on a broad variety of exciting upcoming projects, primarily in the Private sector up to £100m+.

With a well-established senior management team who can offer unrivalled APC support, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more support and fast track training & progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards APC
• 12+ months experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• Healthcare or Life Sciences project experience
