A top 10 Quantity Surveying Consultancy, renowned globally, is looking to add a bright, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Leeds office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading Cost Management team of 15, based out of their Leeds office 2-3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remainder.

This role presents a unique chance for a Quantity Surveyor to become a pivotal member of the consultancy's top-tier Real Estate division. You will play a critical role in steering both clients and team members through numerous distinguished projects in West Yorkshire.

Project wise, the new Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a large variety of sectors across South Yorkshire including a large & complex Defense / Industrial scheme circa £200m, as well as smaller public sector schemes (local authority, healthcare) and retail & residential projects.

With a well-established senior management team who can offer unrivalled APC support, this could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more support and fast track training & progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• MRICS / currently working towards APC / committed to achieving MRICS
• QS Experience within a UK Consultancy
• Valid Driving License
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
