The Quantity Surveyor Role

In this exciting role, the incoming Quantity Surveyor will engage in a wide array of projects spanning sectors like commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail.

The Quantity Surveyor will operate under the expert guidance of an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor, tasked with both pre- and post-cost management responsibilities.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• 12+ months UK QS experience within a Consultancy
• Started or committed to the APC
• Pre & Post contract knowledge
