Quantity Surveyor

A regional Property & Construction Consultancy, with 7 offices nationwide, is eagerly seeking a confident, talented Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit team of 8 working on across a mixture of sectors. The current focus and pipeline is centred around Banking / Fund Monitoring, NHS / Healthcare and Residential projects.

The new Quantity Surveyor will be will be integral to a fast-paced consultancy that takes pride in its B Corp Certification. The Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• PQS experience within a consultancy
• Banking / Fund Monitoring experience
• Good pre and post contract experience
