Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious Construction Consultancy, known for its excellence and nationwide presence, is looking to expand its Newcastle team by adding an ambitious and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a tight-knit but established team of five Quantity Surveyors, working on a variety of exciting upcoming Healthcare projects.

Initially focused on Healthcare, the firm's diverse portfolio also includes Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Social Housing, and Retail projects, providing a rich and varied experience. This diversity is particularly beneficial for those pursuing APC.

The new Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with the senior management team, receiving guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to achieve MRICS.As well as being granted the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, split between the office, site and home 2x days a week.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or other RICS Accredited degree
• Must have: Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Good pre & post contract experience
• Valid UK driving license
• The ability to work well both in a team and independently from home
