The Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a distinguished team of Employer's Agents, renowned for their excellence in delivering comprehensive services across the lifecycle of build projects, from the ground up to handover.

This consultancy prides itself on its exemplary track record in the APC arena, boasting in-house APC assessors and a Birmingham-based APC programme that offers unparalleled guidance towards achieving MRICS status. As the latest Quantity Surveyor to join, you will benefit from exceptional support on your journey to MRICS accreditation.

Engage in a diverse range of Residential sector projects, encompassing Commercial Properties, Privately Funded initiatives, Care Homes, and Mixed-Use developments, alongside New Build apartments and housing schemes.

Project values span from £250k to a significant £200m, presenting a unique opportunity to apply and expand your expertise across a broad spectrum of high-value and impactful projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

Experience / Requirements:

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Employer's Agent experience is ideal
• Pre and Post contract experience
• Experience within a PQS firm / Consultancy
