Quantity Surveyor

The new Quantity Surveying Director of a UK, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a bright Quantity Surveyor with good pre contract and cost planning experience as he looks to strengthen the London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working in their Holborn office, the new Quantity Surveyor will get involved in a nice array of projects including healthcare, education, residential, blue light and more. On said projects, you will mainly be involved pre contract, and will be expected to prepare cost plans.

Additionally, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the new Director who will offer hands on support, mentoring, and APC tutelage.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Must have completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
• Cost planning experience
• Good pre contract knowledge
• Public sector project experience would be a plus
• Seeking a long term opportunity
