Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking construction consultancy are seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor to join their quantity surveying and project management team near London Victoria.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

From very early on, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to clients within the high end residential, private sector market.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out a pre and post contract service which will include cost modelling, benchmarking the sustainability of projects, and presenting this information to clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Either completed, or part way through your Quantity Surveying degree
• Minimum of 3 years' quantity surveying experience
• Comfortable speaking with clients - personable/confident
• Worked for a QS consultancy / PQS practice
• Pre and post contract experience
• High end residential experience would be a plus

• £40,000 - £50,000
• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays + xmas close down
