Quantity Surveyor

A premium Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive and attractive array of super prime residential projects across the Southeast, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London Bridge office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across luxury and super prime residential for private clients across London, Berkshire, and Oxford for the consultancy's top clients. Therefore, you will need to be able to travel to these locations.

In terms of the day to day, the Quantity Surveyor will look after project from inception to completion including preparing cost estimates, budgets, valuations, final accounts etc.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• High end / super prime residential project experience would be ideal
• Comfortable using CostX
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Preferably from a PQS / Construction Consultancy background
• 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Driving licence and car
