Quantity Surveyor

A passionate Construction Consultancy are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-paced cost management team in Surrey / South West London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Partners and Project Managers in delivering an array of hotel and leisure projects across the UK; being responsible for cost planning, feasibility estimates, right through to final accounts.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given their own projects to run (with senior management support), as well as having full access to clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or similar, or MRICS
• Experience of working within a construction consultancy / PQS
• Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience
• Pre and post contract experience
• Driving licence and car
