Quantity Surveyor

A client focused Construction Consultancy with an impressive portfolio of London based projects, have a unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to come in at Director level.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Owners of the practice have made the strategic decision to bring in a Quantity Surveyor at Director which will allow them to spend more time winning work, by offloading the day to day quantity surveying work to the new Director and others in the senior management team.

The new Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for a plethora of tasks including:

• managing some of the senior team members,
• quality checking, and mentoring the junior quantity surveyors,
• becoming a key client contact and maintaining the relationships,
• delivering a QS service on an array of commercial and residential based projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is a must
• Strong commercial project experience
• Currently working for another QS consultancy practice (In the UK)
• Happy to remain hands-on, delivering QS functions
• Client facing, with a good track record of developing new work
• Experience of managing a QS team
