Quantity Surveyor

A top tier Cost Management consultancy in Central London are seeking a professional, well rounded Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in working on large scale, commercial developments valuing anywhere between £30m and £1B.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a cost management / consultancy background, and be keen to work on some the UKs most sought after commercial development projects including high rise, mixed use, corporate and commercial schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post cost management services with Associate Director support, whilst gaining exposure to blue chip clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked for a PQS/ Cost Management / Consultancy
• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Pre contract experience
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Able to commute to London
