Quantity Surveyor

The Partner of a leading Cost Management consultancy is seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor, with Senior and Associate potential, to strengthen their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall join a growing cost management team of six quantity surveyors who work alongside national clients with large estates that provide ample and consistent work for the consultancy.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the experienced Quantity Surveyors in delivering projects, pre and post contract on a nice array of project sectors including: Retail, Commercial offices, Distribution centres, Pharmaceutical, Government, and Public sector.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS, or working towards
• Holds a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked for a consultancy/ cost management practice
• Any large programme, roll out experience would be a bonus (not essential)
