A national Cost and Project Management consultancy that is recognised as a leader within the Hospitality sector, are seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor to support an Associate Director in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a fast paced consultancy which offers all of their Quantity Surveyor's direct access to clients and encourages them to build their own client base.

Work wise, the Quantity Surveyor will be working on one of the UK's largest hotel, roll out programmes. Additionally, the successful Quantity Surveyor will help with the day to day delivery of other hospitality and leisure projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree
• Pre contract experience
• Cost Management / Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Hospitality, Leisure, or refurbishment project experience
• Client facing
