Quantity Surveyor

A market-leading, multidisciplinary Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and intelligent Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Quantity Surveyor will have the exciting opportunity to work in a thriving quantity surveying team in a family feel atmosphere delivering rolling, fast paced new build & refurbishment projects for a long-standing client.

The invaluable exposure to a variety of sectors and projects will involve providing a full service to a wide range of clients, including:

• Attending client site and design team meetings
• Prepare robust contract documents
• Post contract activities
• Project management
• Advise on procurement and contract strategies

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a quantity surveying / cost consultancy
• Committed to RICS and carrying out APC - if not already completed
• Client facing
• Experience working on Leisure projects
