Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, talented Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned Main Contractor in Southwark.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join the companies thriving Specialist Works Division and Aids and Adaptations Division, supporting the management team with the opportunity to make a real difference in this key position.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience in maintenance, minor works, and programmed works. Based in London and liaising with clients throughout London and the South East.

The Quantity Surveyor

You will be budgeting and estimating from first principles, cost reporting, final accounting, working under pressure on exciting projects.

Experience:

• Experience in maintenance, minor works, or programmed works
• Previous experience working with a main contractor
• Experience utilizing schedule of rates

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000
• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
